CLUB NINE PETS WARRANTY INFORMATION

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Important: This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by a pet, including chewing, biting, scratching, digging, puncturing, pulling, tearing, or shredding.

1. Who and What This Warranty Covers

Club Nine Pets warrants its products to the original consumer purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor household use. The product must have been purchased directly from Club Nine Pets or from an authorized Club Nine Pets retailer. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover products purchased for resale.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty lasts for one (1) year from the original purchase date shown on the purchaser's dated receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase. A repaired or replaced product or component remains covered only for the balance of the original one-year warranty period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. What Is Covered

A manufacturing defect is a flaw in the materials or workmanship that was present when the product was made and that prevents the product from performing its intended function under normal use. Depending on the product, covered defects may include:

  • Structural failure of a frame or support component caused by defective materials or workmanship.

  • Failure of stitching, seams, zippers, fasteners, or hardware caused by defective materials or workmanship.

  • A defect in foam or filling that is not ordinary softening, settling, compression, or a change in shape from normal use.

  • Another material or workmanship defect confirmed by Club Nine Pets after reviewing the claim.

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Pet-caused damage, including chewing, biting, scratching, digging, clawing, nesting, pulling, tearing, puncturing, shredding, or other destructive behavior. Damage caused by a pet is not a manufacturing defect.

  • Normal wear and cosmetic changes, including fabric wear, pilling, fading, discoloration, staining, odor, pet hair, minor stretching, wrinkles, foam impressions, softening, settling, flattening, or loss of loft that occurs through ordinary use.

  • Accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, excessive or unintended use, improper assembly, unauthorized repair or alteration, or failure to follow product instructions.

  • Damage caused by improper cleaning, washing, drying, storage, or maintenance, including the use of bleach, harsh chemicals, aftermarket fabric protectors, coatings, or cleaning methods inconsistent with the care instructions.

  • Damage caused by outdoor use, weather, excessive moisture, heat, fire, flooding, infestation, or exposure to chemicals or liquids.

  • Commercial, institutional, rental, kennel, daycare, boarding, veterinary, or other non-household use.

  • Products sold as-is, clearance products specifically identified as having cosmetic damage, floor samples, display models, secondhand products, or products purchased from an unauthorized seller or liquidator.

  • Shipping or delivery damage. Please report shipping damage promptly to Club Nine Pets or the retailer from whom the product was purchased so it can be handled under the applicable delivery-claim process.

  • Minor variations in color, grain, texture, dimensions, or appearance, including differences caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or normal manufacturing tolerances.

5. Products Are Not Chew-Proof

Unless a product is expressly marketed in writing by Club Nine Pets as chew-proof or indestructible, it should not be understood to be chew-proof or indestructible. Pet owners should supervise use as appropriate and discontinue use if a product becomes damaged or if loose material could be swallowed.

6. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Before the one-year warranty period expires, contact Club Nine Pets at info@clubninepets.com or through the Contact Us page at www.clubninepets.com. Include:

  • The purchaser's name, order number, purchase date, and the authorized retailer, if applicable.

  • A copy of the dated receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.

  • The product name, size, color, and a clear description of the claimed defect.

  • Clear photographs of the entire product and close-up photographs showing the claimed defect. Video may also be requested when helpful.

Do not return or discard the product or any part unless Club Nine Pets provides instructions. Club Nine Pets may require additional information or inspection of the product and may require the claimed defective product or component to be returned.

7. Our Remedy

If Club Nine Pets confirms a covered manufacturing defect, Club Nine Pets will, at its option, repair the defective product or component, provide a replacement component, or replace the product with the same or a reasonably comparable product. If repair or replacement is not reasonably available, Club Nine Pets may provide another remedy required by applicable law. Replacement products or components may differ in color or materials when the original item is no longer available.

If Club Nine Pets requires the return of a product or component, the purchaser is responsible for appropriate packaging and the cost of shipping it to Club Nine Pets unless Club Nine Pets provides a prepaid label or applicable law requires otherwise. For an approved claim, Club Nine Pets will pay standard-ground shipping to send the repaired or replacement item to the purchaser within the 48 contiguous United States. Expedited shipping, special handling, and shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States are not covered unless required by law or agreed to in writing by Club Nine Pets.

8. Implied Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLUB NINE PETS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

10. State Law Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
